Find your codes
Editable codes live in your account: open My codes and sign in with your email address, or with Google or Facebook, to see and edit every code in it. If you gave your email when you made a code without an account, sign in with that address and the code appears there too.
Lost your edit link
For a code in your account, sign in to My codes: every code there opens its private page. For a fixed code, a short link or a code made before accounts existed that is not in My codes, we cannot recover its edit link or tell you whose it is: anyone with the link can change the code, so we never hand it out. The code keeps working where it points now.
A code stopped working
Most of the time the destination page moved or went offline. Follow our guide to a QR code that stopped working, then change where your code points from its edit link or My codes.
Canva, Google Sheets and the API
The QR Lasts apps for Canva and Google Sheets, and the API, connect to your QR Lasts account. Editable codes made there appear in My codes, where you can change where they point. To disconnect, use Disconnect inside the app.
Pro and billing
Change or cancel your Pro plan from the billing portal on the My codes page. Cancelling never takes a code offline.
