Terms of service

Who we are

QR Lasts (qrlasts.com) is run by Yann Marquet, Carrer de Calderon, Bl. 2, P4A, 07820 Sant Antoni de Portmany, Spain. Contact: [email protected]. By using the site, you accept these terms.

The service

QR Lasts makes QR codes and short links without an account. Codes made here are never switched off for non-payment, as set out in our no-expiry pledge, which is part of these terms.

Your edit link

Each dynamic code comes with a private edit link. Anyone who has it can change where the code points, so keep it private. We cannot recover a lost edit link or tell you whose it is.

What you may not link to

You are responsible for your destinations and must have the right to use them. Do not use QR Lasts for:

When we block a code

We block codes only for abuse, illegal content or a binding legal order, including destinations that Google Web Risk flags. When we block a code, we tell the owner why if we have a way to reach them. You can appeal by writing to [email protected]. To report a code, use the same address.

Paid extras

Paid extras are one-time purchases with the price shown before you pay, including VAT where it applies. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews. Consumers in the EU keep every right the law gives them, including withdrawal where it applies. A refund never takes a code offline.

Availability and liability

We work to keep redirects running at all times but cannot promise the site will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. The version on this page applies, with the date at the top. A change never affects whether an existing code keeps working.
